梅花衣科（學名：Parmeliacae）又稱梅衣科，是茶漬綱一科真菌，大多會和綠藻共生形成地衣。梅花衣科是目前已知的最大一科地衣真菌[2][3]，有77属2,765种[4]。
该科中最特殊的属有：黄单胞菌属（Xanthoparmelia）（822种），松萝属（Usnea）（355种），裸緣梅衣属（Parmotrema，255种）和双歧根梅衣属（Hypotrachyna，262种）。[5]
