海馬槽（alveus hippocampi）位於侧脑室壁上，屬於邊緣系統的一部分。海馬槽由神經纖維構成，含有白色的髓磷脂。海馬槽內的神經纖維來自岬下腳和海馬迴，最後會與海馬繖連結。之後繼續前行形成腦穹窿。
