睾丸炎是睾丸發生的一種炎症。 其症狀與睾丸扭轉很像，都會導致睾丸脹大、劇烈疼痛、反覆感染和尿血。

病因

睾丸炎可能是由附睾炎傳染而來的，有時候也會因性交而傳染。布魯氏菌病也被發現可能誘發睾丸炎。

缺血性的睾丸炎也可能是因在做腹股沟疝修补术時導致精索血管損傷所致，最糟糕的病例中甚至發生了睾丸萎縮。
