《童话镇》第五季，美国超自然电视剧，於2015年9月27日起开始在美国广播公司播出。本季延續上一季的結尾，艾瑪·斯旺也在本季以黑暗者的身分登場。另外除了露比和花木蘭回歸外，包含梅莉達、亞瑟王、蘭斯洛特、梅林在內的童話故事人物皆會於本季登場。
本季於2016年3月6日結束冬歇，撥出本季第12集。而艾瑪等人將會進入冥府（Underworld），另外除了库伊拉、彼得潘、紅心女王等死去的人物回歸外，黑帝斯、海格力斯、蜜格拉等新人物也會登場。
2016年5月15日播出本季最後兩集，並引入化身博士的傑奇醫生及海德先生兩位人物，為第六季埋下伏筆。
