耶古卜·本·萊伊斯·薩法爾(波斯語：یعقوب لیث صفاری，840年10月25日-879年6月5日） [1]是薩法爾王朝的创始人。在他的领导下，他的國家征服了大伊朗东部的大部分地区，即今伊朗、阿富汗、土库曼斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦以及巴基斯坦西部的部分地区[2][3]和伊拉克的一小部分。
