艾麗絲·布莉達（英語：Kimberly Alexis Bledel，1981年9月16日—）是一位美国女演员。知名于电视剧《吉爾莫女孩》（Gilmore Girls）。也参与过电影《牛仔褲的夏天》、《牛仔褲的夏天2》、《真愛無盡》、《萬惡城市》、《新娘與偏見》和电视剧《使女的故事》、《急診室的春天》的演出。
早年生活[编辑]
艾麗絲出生於德克萨斯州休斯敦，她的父亲来自阿根廷，具有丹麦血统。[1][2]母亲成长于墨西哥。[3][4]她的父母都在拉丁美洲长大，布莉達成长于一个讲西班牙语的家庭，在上学前她都没有学过英语。[5]她还有一个弟弟。
布莉達在休斯敦的天主教聖艾格尼絲學院，以及浸信会和信义学校学习。[6]她的母亲鼓励她尝试社区剧场演出以克服她的羞怯心理。[7]艾丽丝在当地制作的《我们的城镇》和《绿野仙踪》中出演。[8]在当地商场里当了一段时间的时装模特后她到纽约大学蒂施藝術學院学习了一年。[9]

布莉達从2002年12月至2006年7月与在《吉爾莫女孩》中合作的演员米洛·文提米利亚交往[16]。在2012年中期与在《广告狂人》合作过的文森特·卡塞瑟开始一段恋情。[17]兩人於2014年8月結婚，隔年兩人的兒子誕生。2022年兩人離婚。
