蒂珀雷里郡（英語：County Tipperary；愛爾蘭語：Contae Thiobraid Árann），俗稱Premier County，是愛爾蘭的一個郡，位於愛爾蘭島南部。
歷史上屬芒斯特省。1898年分為南北兩郡。2014年兩郡歸一。
面積4,303 km²，2006年人口149,040人。
