金丝桃科（学名：Hypericaceae）是真双子叶植物金虎尾目的一科，约有11屬[1]。
分类[编辑]
本科过去在1982年的克朗奎斯特分类法中被归类为藤黄科（Clusiaceae）[2]。
1998年依分子学研究而建立的被子植物APG分类法将本科列为独立的科，并在随后的2003年APG II、2009年APG III与2016年APG IV中获得确认[3]。
现在已知川苔草科（Podostemaceae）是现存植物中与本科关系最密切的姐妹群，其次为胡桐科（Calophyllaceae），然后才是泽茶科（Bonnetiaceae）与藤黄科 [4]。
