2025年韓國APEC峰會，是亞太經濟合作組織的年度會議，於2025年10月31日至11月1日於韓國慶州市舉行[1]，為韓國第二次舉辦APEC峰會（2005年曾於釜山舉辦）。

該系列會議是川普第二次擔任美國總統後首次參加的亞太經合組織會議。特朗普本人並未出席領導人非正式會議（峰會），僅參加了APEC執行長高峰會和美國-APEC領導人工作晚宴[2]，隨後於10月30日離開韓國。美國財政部長斯科特·貝森特代表美國出席了領導人非正式會議。[3]

該峰會也是以下領袖首次參與：加拿大總理馬克·卡尼（3月14日就職總理）、韓國總統兼東道主李在明（6月4日就職）、日本首相高市早苗（10月21日就職）。

因韓國是國際刑事法院的締約國，而法院已就俄烏戰爭對普丁發出逮捕令，俄羅斯總統普丁不敢出席峰會，而派出俄羅斯副總理阿列克謝·奧韋爾丘克（俄语：Оверчук, Алексей Логвинович）代表俄羅斯出席了峰會，他也是2023年和2024年APEC峰會的代表[4]。

本屆APEC峰會也是第二次墨西哥總統克勞迪婭·辛鮑姆及巴布亞新幾內亞總理詹姆斯·馬拉佩未能本人出席（有外界揣測前者因該國財政赤字，總統專機被轉賣導致出訪困難）。[5]秘魯新總統何塞·赫里（10月10日就職[6]）也因身體不適並未本人出席，以上人士均改派政界代表。[7]

泰國總理阿努廷·参威拉恭於9月7日就職，原計劃因詩麗吉王太后於2025年10月24日去世而缺席會議。[8][9][10][11]然而，阿努廷後來改變了決定，並按原計劃出席了峰會。[12][13]
