来源 Extracted from PDF version of the SEC 2008 Performance and Accountability Report (direct PDF URL [1]). I removed the horizontal lines in the chief (top third) of the shield, as that is the w:hatching system indication of the color blue used in black-and-white versions and should not be present in a color version.
