萊辛頓大道線IRT Lexington Avenue Line,有時又稱作IRT東側線,線名取自所在大道萊辛頓大道)是紐約地鐵IRT系統的主要路線,屬於紐約地鐵4號線5號線6號線的一部分。由於此線為曼哈頓上東城唯一的地鐵路線,又是往來華爾街中城大中央車站間的必經路線,因此平時通勤乘客眾多,為紐約地鐵最擁擠、最繁忙的一條線。

The outer platform closed on March 16, 2009; which allows Lexington Avenue Line trains to again use both loop tracks.
