模板簡介

描写维基条目时经常需要参考各种信函或通知，因此使用这个模板可以簡單快速地將所参考的来源记录下来，以便浏览者以及之后的编写者找到这些来源资料。

本模板是用來列明維基條目新聞來源中的信函或通知，為模板:Cite news的一個應用（另參見列明来源的關於於維基條目列明的一般注意事項，並參見{{cite web}}學習如何列明非新聞來源）。

模板用法

所有参数都必须使用小写字母。 使用时可以复制下面的空白模板。参数之间以“|”符号分隔。请删除未使用的参数以保持编辑框的整齐。

欄位參數

參數	描述	狀態
first	作者的姓氏，不要與author參數同時使用。如欲連結至作者條目，勿直接使用內部連結，請填入「作者條目名」參數。	選填
last	作者的名字、中間名或縮寫，不要與author參數同時使用。如欲連結至作者條目，勿直接使用內部連結，請填入「作者條目名」參數。	選填
author	作者的姓名，如名字在前、姓氏在後請使用last及first參數。欲連結至作者條目，勿直接使用內部連結，請填入「作者條目名」參數。	選填
author-link	作者在維基百科中已存在之條目名稱，而不是外部的網址。	選填
recipient	信函或通知的主旨發佈的對象。	必須
subject	信函或通知的主旨。	必須
language	信函或通知的語言，如en、zh-cn等。填入{{en}}會導致錯誤。	選填
date	信函或通知發佈的日期。	必須
url	信函或通知在網際網路上的連結，可以在此輸入其外部連結位址。開頭必須帶有通訊協定 例如http://或https://。	選填
format	被引用的著作的'url'參數的文件檔案格式；例如PDF、DOC、XLS；不要指定為HTML。	選填
location	出版物的地理位置；通常不使用內部連結語法；本參數又名「place」。	選填
publisher	發表該信函或通知的公司、機構或組織，例如萬華媒體集團或綠色和平組織等。	選填
accessdate	引用時連結原始網址的日期；請勿加入維基百科內部連結	選填
archiveurl	存檔的URL位址。	選填
archivedate	存檔日期。	選填
deadurl	失效的連結	選填
author-mask	set to n to replace author name by the specified number of em dashes	選填
ref	set to harv to generate a citation anchor from last and date parameters, or to a specific anchor	選填
mode	set to cs2 to emulate Citation Style 2, which is the formatting style used by {{citation}}	選填
id	信函或通知的ID號碼。	選填
