威廉·彼得·布拉蒂（英语：William Peter Blatty，1928年1月7日—2017年1月12日）是美国作家、导演和制片人。[1]他以1971年的小说《驱魔人》（英语：The Exorcist (novel)）和1974年改编的同名电影剧本而闻名。布拉蒂凭借《驱魔人》获得奥斯卡最佳改编剧本奖，并作为其制片人获得最佳影片提名。布拉蒂还以制片人的身份凭这部电影获得了金球奖最佳戏剧类影片奖。

布拉蒂在纽约市出生和长大，1950年获得乔治城大学英语学士学位，并获得乔治·华盛顿大学英语文学硕士学位。1954年完成硕士学位后，他加入了美国空军并在心理战师（英语：Psychological Warfare Division）服役，并获得中尉军衔。在空军服役后，他在贝鲁特为美国新闻署工作。

《驱魔人》大获成功后，布拉蒂重写了他1966年的小说《一闪一闪“杀手”凯恩！》（Twinkle, Twinkle, "Killer" Kane!），1978年改名《精神病患》（The Ninth Configuration）出版。他继续将这部小说改编成同名电影《第九形态》（英语：The Ninth Configuration）（1980），这也是他的导演处女作。在第38届金球奖上，该片获得最佳编剧奖，并获得最佳影片提名。
