奖金

奖金是指公司给职工基本工资之外的金钱奖励。奖金是激励员工的方式之一。通常员工每月的基本工资只有固定的金额,但奖金金额往往会不固定,例如奖金会根据年营业额以及吸引的客户数量来计算。[1]
