玛氏巧克力棒，是玛氏食品生产的含有高糖、高热量的巧克力棒产品，由老福雷斯特·玛氏于1932年在英国斯劳发明。

1932年，美国糖果制造商富兰克林·C·玛氏的儿子福雷斯特·玛氏在斯劳雇用了12名员工并租了一家工厂，开始生产一种以牛奶巧克力覆盖的巧克力棒（最初宣传使用吉百利的巧克力糖[2]），主要是模仿他父亲所生产的银河巧克力棒，那项产品在美国广受欢迎[3]。除了美国之外，该版本在全球范围内销售，并采用带有红金边刻字的黑色包装。
油炸玛氏巧克力棒[编辑]
此菜色于1995年在苏格兰斯冬希文首次获得报导[4][5][6]，及后在澳洲、新西兰、美国、加拿大[7]、新加坡等地的炸鱼薯条店都有售卖[8]。
产品回收[编辑]
- 2005年7月，澳洲悉尼星港城赌场曾经被匿名勒索。疑犯声称在新南威尔士州的销售点随机放置了7条有毒的玛氏巧克力棒和士力架巧克力棒。因为安全理由，产品在新南威尔士州全面回收，至同年8月产品才重新上架[9]。
- 2016年2月，玛氏巧克力棒、士力架巧克力棒和其他玛氏产品在欧洲、中东及亚洲55个国家被召回。该事件起源于有德国顾客发现士力架巧克力棒内有塑胶块，揭发荷兰维格尔厂房生产程序出错[10][11][12]。
