莲花青螺科（Lottiidae）[2]，又名莲花笠螺科[3]，是笠形腹足类支序之下的一个海螺的科。根据，本科属于莲花青螺总科，是一种腹足纲软体动物[4]。

中野智之及小泽智生 (2007)曾经基于分子分类学的研究基础，认为莲花青螺科与青螺科其实是同种异名，因而合并这两个科[5]，但其后他们发现实验样本可能受到污染，令实验得出错误结论，因此恢复了这两个科的独立地位[6]。然而，不少文献都未来得及恢复这两个科，仍然保持这两个科物种合并[7]。

根据布歇特和洛克罗伊的腹足类分类 (2005年)，本科包括以下两个亚科[4]：

中野智之及小泽智生 (2007)曾经基于分子分类学的研究基础，认为莲花青螺科与青螺科其实是同种异名，因而合并这两个科[5]，将Acmaea和Niveotectura两个属合并进来[5]。以下为根据这项研究而对笠形腹足类物种制作之支序亲缘图（英语：cladogram）（cladogram）[5][8]：

中野等人其后发现实验样本可能受到污染，令实验得出错误结论，因此恢复了这两个科的独立地位[6]。然而，不少文献都未来得及恢复这两个科，仍然保持这两个科物种合并[7]。
