野牛角龙属（学名：Tatankaceratops）是角龙科恐龙的一属，是种小型开角龙亚科恐龙，生存于白垩纪晚期的北美洲。
化石是一个部分头颅骨，发现于美国南达科他州的地狱溪组，地层年代约6600万年前，相当于马斯特里赫特阶末期。在2010年，彼得·拉尔森（Peter Larson）等人将这个头颅骨进行叙述、命名，模式种是萨氏野牛角龙（T. sacrisonorum）。属名意为“美洲野牛的有角面孔”；种名则是以业余古生物学家史丹·萨克理森（Stan Sacrison）为名[1]。
在2011年，尼克·朗里奇（Nick Longrich）发现野牛角龙同时具有三角龙的幼年、成年特征，可能是三角龙的侏儒种，或者是生长期间发生个体变异，导致生长迟缓[2]。汤玛斯·霍尔兹（Thomas R. Holtz）则提出野牛角龙可能是三角龙的一个幼年个体标本[3]。
