饭团

饭团泛指在汉字文化圈中各种用米饭捏成的团状食物，通常中间包有各种馅料，但同样由米饭包馅而成的粽子及糯米鸡并不归于此定义内。

中式粢饭盛行于华南地区，常见的形状有椭圆形、圆形与长条形等，主材以糯米为主，而内馅则会加入油条、豆干、肉松、酸菜、榨菜等，因地而异，为受欢迎的早餐菜式并常搭配豆浆食用。现代粢饭也会加入鲔鱼、玉米、火腿等食材。

日式饭团（日语：御握（おにぎ）り，罗马化：Onigiri）形状以三角形为主，常以各种海鲜作为馅料，如鲔鱼、鲑鱼、炸大虾等，并在外面包裹上海苔以避免米饭黏手，方便食用；其另一变体则为寿司出现以后的变化形寿司卷（惠方卷、加州卷等）。

二十世纪初，饭团、寿司卷等日本菜经由日本统治传入朝鲜半岛^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]，最后演变成在地朝鲜化的变体拳头饭（韩语：주먹밥（朝鲜语：주먹밥），罗马化：jumeokbap）及海苔饭卷（韩语：김밥，罗马化：gimbap）等。
