亚河豚科（学名：Iniidae）是淡水豚的一个科，于1846年由英国动物学家约翰·爱德华·格雷发表描述[1] 。本科的现生类群只有分布于南美洲的亚河豚属，其下包含2-3种物种与若干亚种[2]，另外还有数个已灭绝的属。本科类群的外形与海豚有所差异，可能有助其适应淡水中的生活[3]，其颜色、体型为两性异形[4]，因应雨季可能有季节性的迁徙[5]。关于本科的研究仍少，且对亚马逊河豚以外物种的研究尤为缺乏[4]。
