在伊朗不信仰宗教(Irreligion in Iran)基本上不存在。因伊朗伊斯兰共和国法律要求国民注册信奉任何一类官方认可的宗教,即伊斯兰教、拜火教、犹太教和基督教,否则不能享有公民权[1][2],因此无神论者、不可知论者或信奉其他宗教者都不会获得伊朗政府承认其公民资格。2011年的普查中有265,899人没有指明其宗教信仰(约为0.3%的伊朗总人口)[3],但一般认为不信奉穆斯林的伊朗人口比统计的要更高[4]。2012年华盛顿邮报报导伊朗是13个现存国家中其中一个会因为主张无神论而以叛教罪被判处死刑的国家[5]。
