安托尼努斯和法乌斯提那神庙（拉丁语：Templum Antonini et Faustinae，义大利语：Tempio di Antonino e Faustina）是位于罗马古罗马广场的神庙。神庙修建于141年，是罗马皇帝安敦宁·毕尤为了纪念他的皇后法乌提斯所修建。这座神庙现在相当大的一部分被改建为教堂[1][2]。
