椿象下目（学名：Pentatomomorpha），又称蝽下目、蝽次目[1]:166，是半翅目异翅亚目的一个下目，包含了椿象科、扁椿象科、星椿象科、缘椿象科、长椿象科和地长椿象科等椿象物种。椿象下目和臭虫下目（Cimicomorpha）的关系相近[2]。基于化石的形态学研究，椿象下目物种的最近共同祖先的出现时期相信比三叠纪晚期还要久远。
椿象下目的物种在农业及林业扮演着重要的角色，因为它们大多为农业和林业的重要害虫[3]，对它们的研究可用于如何有效控制它们的族群数量。此外，也有少数椿象下目的物种为掠食者，在农业上被用来防治其他害虫。
分类[编辑]
椿象下目通常分为5个总科，其中的扁椿象总科（扁蝽总科）为现存最基部的分支，而其他较为新近的分支经常会合并为一个叫作Trichophora的演化支[3][4][5]。这五个总科分别如下[6][5]：

- 缘椿象总科 缘蝽总科 Leach, 1815
- 长椿象总科 长蝽总科 Schilling, 1829
- 椿象总科 蝽总科 Leach, 1815
- 红椿象总科 红蝽总科 Amyot & Serville, 1843
在这五个总科当中，椿象总科传统上被认为是整个下目最大的一个单系群，而 other three form a close-knit group and are in serious need of redelimitation.[5] The Idiostolidae are usually considered a family of the Lygaeoidea, but in the past have been placed in a distinct 单型 superfamily Idiostoloidea, for example. The Piesmatidae, usually placed in the Lygaeoidea also, are sometimes considered 地位未定,[7] or placed in a 单型 superfamily Piesmatoidea with the discovery of Cretopiesma. However a cladistic analysis rejected Cretopiesma from Piesmatidae and placed the genus in the family Aradidae[8]。
