水石书店（Waterstones，原称：Waterstone's）是一家英国连锁书店，由蒂姆·水石创立于1982年，1993年被WHSmith收购[4]。1998年被水石和EMI及Advent International买下，由HMV运营。[4] 2011年5月又被俄罗斯商人亚历山大·马穆特所持有的A&NN资本基金管理（A&NN Capital Fund Management）买下。
除去水石这一品牌之外，水石书店还管理著伦敦书店“Hatchards”[5]和爱尔兰书店“Hodges Figgis”[5]。每家水石书店约有3万本书在售，一些店中有咖啡店提供休闲。[3]
