薮猫行动（法语：Opération Serval)，是法军在马利的军事行动。[20]作战目的是驱逐马利北部的伊斯兰激进分子。[21]当时该部已开始南向往马利中部推进。[22]

薮猫行动，遵循联合国安理会2012年12月20日第2085号决议，以及马利临时政府对法国军事援助的正式请求。[23][24]

于2013年1月11日开始，法军迅速击败了各路伊斯兰武装分子部队。行动开始后数日马里-法国联军即解放中部重镇科纳，法军于两周后又相继解放了马里北部的加奥和廷巴克图两个大城市。整场行动中，法军有9人阵亡，一架小羚羊直升机被击伤并因无维修价值报废。

5名伊斯兰武装份子领导人中的3人，阿布齐德（英语：Abdelhamid Abou Zeid），Abdel Krim和哈玛哈（英语：Omar Ould Hamaha）遭杀，而穆赫塔尔·贝尔摩塔尔（英语：Mokhtar Belmokhtar）逃往利比亚，伊亚德·加利（英语：Iyad ag Ghali）[25]逃往阿尔及利亚。[26]

薮猫行动，于2014年7月15日结束，由2014年8月1日发起的巴尔赫内行动取而代之，目的是打击萨赫勒地区的伊斯兰武装分子。

作为该行动名称的薮猫，是种中型非洲野猫。

背景[编辑]

2012年1月，利比亚内战后，大量武器涌入马利，阿扎瓦德民族解放运动(MNLA)的图阿雷格人开始反抗马利中央政府。[27]同年4月，MNLA已实现其目标，取消了对马利政府的进攻，宣布阿扎瓦德独立。[28]2012年6月，伊斯兰主义者开始在阿扎瓦德实施伊斯兰教法，MNLA与伊斯兰组织伊斯兰卫士和西非团结圣战运动（英语：Movement_for_Oneness_and_Jihad_in_West_Africa）(MOJWA)发生冲突。[29]

7月17日前，伊斯兰卫士和MOJWA已将MNLA赶出所有主要城市。[30]2012年9月1日，莫普提的杜安札，遭MOJWA占领。[31]2012年11月28日，MNLA被伊斯兰卫士逐出通布图的莱雷。[32]

投入军力[编辑]

法国军队[编辑]

法国空军[编辑]

最初，法国空军自2/33萨瓦侦察中队，部属了2架幻影F1战斗机和6架幻影2000D战斗机。该部曾投入法军在查德的雀鹰行动（英语：Opération Épervier）。此外，空军从恩贾梅纳的空军基地，部署了3架KC-135空中加油机，以及1架C-130运输机和1架TransallC-160运输机。[33]

1月13日，1/7普罗旺斯战斗机中队的4架“阵风”战斗机从法国圣迪济耶空军基地起飞，空袭加奥的作战目标。阵风飞机随后前往恩贾梅纳，驻扎此处。[34]1月16日前，法国空军从1/33贝尔福侦察中队，向恩贾梅纳增派了2架KC-135和2架Harfang无人机。[35]

为运送部队到巴马科，空军使用了空中客车A310和A340。1月23日，1支Fusiliers Commandos de l'Air（英语：Fusiliers Commandos de l'Air）分遣队部署至巴马科机场，确保当地法国空军设备，必要时执行战斗搜索救援任务。与Fusiliers Commandos de l'Air（英语：Fusiliers Commandos de l'Air）一同，空军部署1/67PyrénéesHelicopter中队的两架美洲豹直升机，负责巴马科路上的战斗搜索救援任务。[36]1月25日，空军向恩贾梅纳增派了两架阵风战斗机和两架KC-135空中加油机。战区总机数达到6架阵风和5架KC-135。[37]

1/64贝雅恩中队、2/64安茹中队的Transall C-160运输机，2/61 弗朗什-孔泰中队的C-130HHercules运输机，负责运送物资至巴马科。3/61普瓦图运输中队的TransallC-160将增援部队派运至加奥机场。[38]

法国陆军部属包括第21海军陆战队步兵团的一个连、第1外国骑兵团的一个装甲骑兵排和第2海军陆战队步兵团的一个连。[33]1月14日，法国陆军轻航空兵将虎式直升机运到马利。[39]第3海军陆战队步兵伞兵团的一个连和来自第1轻骑兵伞兵团和第17伞兵工兵团的士兵，部署在科特迪瓦，后参与独角兽行动（英语：Opération Licorne），以由60辆车组成的车队离开阿比让前往马利首都巴马科。[40][41]

Bertrand Clément-Bollée将军表示，配有VBCI装步战车的第92步兵团的一个连已派往马利。若有需要，短时间内能再派出三个配备VBCI的连和一个配备勒克莱尔的连。[42]海军陆战队坦克团的一个装甲连和CAESAR自行榴弹炮部署至马利。[43][44]

2013年5月底，法国绿军自马利撤军。为了进一步的作战，2013年5月20日在加奥组成名叫GTIA Désert的混合战斗群。仅该战斗群将留在该地区，与马利军队进行进一步的作战，支援MISMA、MINUSMA和EUTM等任务。GTIA Désert由以下单位组成：[46]

法国海军，从塞内加尔的达喀尔部署五架布雷盖1150大西洋（英语：Bréguet 1150 Atlantic）远程侦察机，并派遣西北风级两栖突击舰自土伦运送第92步兵团的两个连至塞内加尔的达喀尔。[47]迪克斯穆德号由代斯汀多夫级巡防舰护卫。[48]

2013年1月11日，行动开始。法国陆军小羚羊直升机配备第4特种部队直升机团的20mm大炮攻击塞瓦雷附近的叛军。1架小羚羊攻击直升机遭到小型武器火力袭击，两名飞行员中的一名被击中，成为行动中第一例伤亡。飞行员Damien Boiteux中尉伤重不治。[74][75]

1月12日前，数百名法国军队参与了在马利的军事行动，[76]特别是科纳战役（英语：Battle of Konna）。法国的空袭阻止叛军向南推进[77]，并摧毁了科纳附近的伊斯兰卫士指挥所。[78]

英国为这次行动提供后勤支持。[79]计画部署马利的西非经共体部队将抵达日期提前至1月14日。[77]

1月13日，法国空军轰炸叛军的加奥据点。空袭摧毁燃料库，与用作指挥总部的海关大楼[80]，炸死约60名伊斯兰武装分子。[81]1月15日，法国国防部长证实，马利军方仍未从叛军手中夺回科纳，尽管早些时候声称他们已经夺回。[82]

1月27日，为避免法国空袭，伊斯兰武装分子撤离廷巴克图。法军在没有抵抗的情况下占领了廷巴克图。[93][94] 马利重新控制加奥和廷巴克图之间的整个地区。[95][96][97]

GITA3替换GTIA1后，2013年2月中旬组建数个旅。

1月30日，法国和马利军队进入基达尔，伊斯兰武装分子控制的最后一个主要城镇。[98]尽管占领了所有主要城镇，但法国和马利军队于2月5日在加奥郊外与伊斯兰主义者发生遭遇战。几名法国士兵遭到远程小型武器和火箭弹伤害。[99]2月8日，法国和查德军队占领泰萨利及其机场。同日，加奥发生自杀攻击事件。[100]2月10日，伊斯兰武装份子袭击加奥[101]。2月17日，法国和马利军队在布雷姆地区发动反击。[102]

2014年4月16日晚，法国军队在廷巴克图以北摧毁了两辆载有伊斯兰武装分子的皮卡车。法军的空中和地面部队拦截其他车辆。4月16日至17日夜间，法国特种部队在直升机支持下与伊斯兰武装分子交火，有十几名战士遭击毙。[109][110]

在战斗开始前遭伊斯兰武装分子绑架的人质遭到遗弃。4月17日晚，法国总统和马利总统在联合声明中宣布释放五名人质，包含1名马利人与4名图阿雷格人。
