NGC 6541是位于南天南冕座的一个球状星团，估计它的年龄大约是130亿岁[6]。

这个星团是义大利天文学家Nicolò Cacciatore（1780 - 1841）于1826年3月19日在帕洛玛山天文台发现的。詹姆士·邓洛普（1793 - 1848）在同年的7月3日也独立发现这个星团。
