闭央圆唇元音（Ʉ）是母音的一种，使用于许多口语语言之中，其国际音标的符号为 ⟨ʉ⟩，另一种符号为 ⟨ü/ue⟩，相对应的X-SAMPA符号则为 ⟨}⟩。

在很多语言中发此音时会突起嘴唇。但也有少数情况嘴唇是扁平的。

特征

• 其元音高度为闭，这意指舌头的位置会尽量接近齿龈，但不会阻碍气流而被归类为子音。
• 其元音舌位是央，表示舌的位置是在央元音的地方，大约在前元音和后元音中间。
• 其元音圆唇度为突出，即将嘴角聚拢，且嘴唇内侧向外露出。

发音方式

舌面中央部分向硬腭中部隆起，嘴唇向两边展开。
