哈姆萊大學（Hamline University），又譯翰墨林大學、哈姆林大學，是位於美國明尼蘇達州聖保羅的一座私立文理學院，創立於1854年。其名來自聯合循道會主教列奧尼達斯·哈姆萊（Leonidas Lent Hamline）[3]。它是明尼蘇達州第一所高等教育機構[4][5]。

聯合循道會主教列奧尼達斯·哈姆萊（Leonidas Lent Hamline）捐出$25,000用以在明尼蘇達州創建一所大學，故該大學以其名命名。它在創立之初就是一所男女共學的大學，這在19世紀的美國是極為罕見的[8]。大學於1854年建立，校址最初位於紅翼[9]，1857年開始授課。明尼蘇達大學成立於1851年，但在20年後才開始授課[4]。美國內戰爆發後學生數量銳減，1862屆的學生甚至沒人畢業。1869年該大學關閉。[10]
之後不久該大學決定在別處開一個新的校區，在猶豫數年後，1873年選定聖保羅，但由於經濟問題直到1880年夏其第一所建築才蓋好[11]。同年9月22日大學重新開張[12]。
