大衛·史威默（英語：David Schwimmer，1966年11月2日—），美國猶太裔男演員、導演[1][2][3][4]。1966年生於紐約，2歲後移居洛杉磯[5][6] 。1988年畢業於西北大學，獲得文學學士。畢業後混跡於洛杉磯，在一些影視劇中充當龍套，四處趕場尋找演出機會[6]。
1989年在電視電影劇A Deadly Silence中擔綱角色。此後開始在一系列電視劇中飾演配角：L.A. Law、The Wonder Years、NYPD Blue以及1990年代初的Monty。不久，史威默憑藉情景喜劇《老友記》以及自己飾演的羅斯·蓋勒一角大獲成功，並且在全世界獲得廣泛影響力，1995年，他因《六人行》中的羅斯角色而獲得艾美獎提名。此後史威默也開始進軍電影界，1996年在《出殯抱佳人》中首次出演。此後在《吻着傻情人》（Kissing a Fool，1998）、《六天七夜》（Six Days, Seven Nights, 1998）、《納粹追兇》（Apt Pupil，2000）和《揀起碎片》（Picking Up the Pieces，2000）中先後客串。

Part of the problem... may have been the ridiculous fact that Friends favourite David Schwimmer plays the hard and cruel Captain Herbert Sobel. The only thing believable about Schwimmer's acting is when he cowers in the face of true battle. His puppy dog eyes make him appear even more pitiful.
