子宮附件（adnexa of uterus, uterine appendages）是指從結構上或功能上與子宮最接近的組織。

子宮附件的定義有不同種類：
臨床意義[編輯]
定義「子宮附件炎」（adnexitis）通常是指子宮附件發炎[5]，以代替單純定義的卵巢炎和輸卵管炎。
定義附件腫塊在以前一些地方醫學中使用，但仍然沒有進行精準定義。63%的宮外孕均伴有附件腫塊。根據腫塊的大小，疾病可能會成為一種醫療緊急情況。
在婦科醫學中，子宮附件切除術主要用於輸卵管切除術和卵巢切除術，即同時切除輸卵管組織和卵巢組織。
