操作中心（英語：Action Center）是包含在Windows Phone 8.1、Windows 10和Windows 10 Mobile中的通知中心。2014年7月在Windows Phone 8.1中被首次引入，2015年7月29日被引入Windows 10桌面版。[1]
操作中心在Windows 10中取代了Windows 8中的超級按鈕（Charms）。[2][3][4]

操作中心允許4個快速設置按鈕，Windows 10中用戶還可擴展以顯示所有快速設置按鈕。通知會按應用分類，用戶可以向右滑動以清除通知。Windows 10中的操作中心還可控制通知設置。在移動版本中，用戶可以從上向下滑動以調出操作中心，[5]在Windows Phone 8.1中更增加了進一步的功能，包括如更改音量等簡單設置。新的通知區域設計允許用戶完成如更改無線網絡、開關藍牙和飛行模式，以及從屏幕頂部的可定製框訪問「駕駛模式」等設置，而在下部橫向放置的四個可定製框中包括最近文本信息和社交集成。[6][7][8]在桌面版本中，用戶可以點擊任務欄中的操作中心圖標或從右向左滑動以調出操作中心。
微軟在Build 2016上宣布，Cortana將可以鏡像Windows 10 Mobile和Windows 10之間的通知，[9][10]Cortana也將能同步Android設備的通知到Windows 10操作中心。[11][12]
