澤西市或澤西城（英語：Jersey City）是美國新澤西州哈德遜郡的一個城市。根據美國2000年人口普查，澤西市擁有人口240,055人，是繼紐瓦克之後，新澤西州第二大城市。它是哈德遜縣的行政中心。澤西城在哈德遜河的西岸，與紐約市隔水相望，並由荷蘭隧道與紐約市曼哈頓相連接，其同時也是紐約大都會區的一部分。澤西市亦是哈德遜郡的縣治。[18][19]

根據2010年人口普查，澤西市擁有247,597居民，其人口增加了7,542人，即上升了3.1%。[9][25]若澤西市人口持續以這個速度增長，那麼澤西市將會成為新澤西州人口最多的城市。[26]澤西市亦聘請了統計公司統計人口資料，發現2010年人口普查的統計比實際數字要少。[27][28]統計公司發現有19,000個居住單位沒有被人口普查局計算。[29]
教育[編輯]
澤西市是地區教育中心，有眾多的中小學校，其中天主教紐瓦克總教區在這裡也運營著一批天主教學校。哈德遜縣社區學院、新澤西市大學和聖彼得大學也位於此。
