羅伯特·佛斯特（英語：Robert Forster，1941年7月13日—2019年10月11日）是一名美國演員。他出演過的知名角色包括《Medium Cool》中的焦恩·卡西里斯（John Cassellis）、《危險關係》中的麥克斯·切瑞（Max Cherry）以及《超能英雄》中的亞瑟·佩里。其它參演過的代表作還有《穆赫蘭道》、《雙峰》和《絕命毒師》。他是高智商團體三九協會的成員。

早年[編輯]
佛斯特本名「（小）羅伯特·瓦萊斯·佛斯特」(Robert Wallace Foster, Jr.)，出生於紐約州羅徹斯特。他的母親格拉絲·多羅迪(Grace Dorothy)是意大利裔美國人，而父親羅伯特·瓦萊斯·佛斯特(Robert Wallace Foster, Sr.)有英格蘭人和愛爾蘭人的血統。[1]父親R.W.佛斯特原先在玲玲馬戲團做馴象師，後來去了一家燒烤器具公司擔任執行官。[2][3]1949年，他的父母離異。
1964年，佛斯特在羅徹斯特大學大學取得歷史學學士學位。在校期間，他曾參演過《再見伯迪》等學生音樂劇。因對演藝產生了興趣，他後來放棄了原先準備去學習法律的想法，轉而從事演藝事業。
事業發展[編輯]
佛斯特起先曾因在2部好萊塢電影《Reflections in a Golden Eye》（1967）和《The Stalking Moon》（1968）中飾演配角而受到觀眾歡迎。佛斯特後又參演了於1969年上映並廣受好評的電影《Medium Cool》。到了70年代，佛斯特除繼續在一些電影中飾演配角外，還積極向電視劇方向拓寬自己的道路。到80年代，佛斯特又主演了不少B級電影，如1980年《Alligator》和1983年的《Vigilante》等。1997年，佛斯特因在電影《危險關係》中有良好的表現，獲得了奧斯卡最佳男配角獎的提名。這使得他的事業發展再次出現了起色。此後，他在電影中的亮相更為頻繁，參演過《喬丹傳人》、《穆赫蘭大道》、《我，我自己和艾琳》、《幸運數字斯萊文》以及《防火牆》等眾多電影。
佛斯特是個有鼓動力的發言人。他曾為Deejay Ra的「嘻哈文化」運動專門錄製過一個公眾宣傳片，鼓勵人們去讀埃爾莫爾·倫納德的書。佛斯特以前演的電影《危險關係》正是由埃爾莫爾·倫納德的書《Rum Punch》改編而來。
進入21世紀，佛斯特參演了NBC的熱播劇集《超能英雄》和AMC的艾美獎獲獎作《絕命毒師》。

2019年10月12日，78歲的佛斯特因腦癌在洛杉磯去世[4]。他一生出演過上百部影視劇[4]。

他有4個子女：鮑比（Bobby）、伊麗莎白（Elizabeth）、凱特（Kate）和麥根（Maeghen）[4]。
軼聞[編輯]
在電影《危險關係》中，他還特意在所演角色麥克斯·切瑞（Max Cherry）的辦公室中掛了一幅海報，為他父親所在的馬戲團打了個廣告。
