阿片樣肽受體

阿片樣肽受體或阿片類受體、阿片受體（英語：Opioid receptors）是一類以阿片樣肽為配體的G蛋白偶聯受體^[1]^[2]^[3]。內源性類阿片物質包括強啡肽、腦啡肽（英語：enkephalin）、內啡肽、endomorphin（英語：endomorphin）和nociceptin（英語：nociceptin）。阿片樣肽受體與生長抑素受體（SSTRs）有約40%的相似性。阿片受體廣泛分布於大腦，且在脊髓與消化道中也有發現。
