馬尼亞拉湖（英語：Lake Manyara），是東非大裂谷分支上的一潭淺水湖泊，位於坦桑尼亞[1]。湖泊名稱來源於馬賽人語言中的「emanyara」，本詞表述的並不是湖泊本身，而是周邊地區[2]。
湖水面積231平方千米，為鹹水湖，鹼水水域pH值接近9.5。但隨着季節的變化pH值會產生波動，旱季時大面積的泥塘會暴露在空氣中[3]。
