2022年達拉斯航展空中相撞事故是一起位於美國德克薩斯州達拉斯退伍軍人節航展的一起空中相撞事故。B-17機組5人和P-63（英語：Bell_P-63_Kingcobra）機組1人全數遇難。2022年11月12日，一架波音B-17飛行堡壘和一架貝爾P-63戰鬥機（英語：Bell_P-63_Kingcobra），在達拉斯行政機場（英語：Dallas_Executive_Airport）舉行的「達拉斯之翼」航展期間在半空中相撞並墜毀。兩架飛機在下午1點22分左右相撞。此次航展恰逢退伍軍人節紀念活動，由此紀念在空軍服役的軍人[1]。據官方報道，這架B-17共有五名機組人員，而P-63則有一位飛行員；達拉斯縣法醫證實六人全部死亡。兩架飛機都在撞擊中被摧毀。[2][3]

事發經過[編輯]

此次事故發生在達拉斯行政機場舉行的一次航展期間，該航展共有超過4,000多名觀眾在現場觀看。這兩架飛機均由訓練有素的志願者駕駛，兩架通常是退休的持照飛行員[4]。根據目擊者的證詞，P-63正以高速對正跑道進近。並從的B-17上方撞擊其後方，從機翼後方切斷了B-17的機身。兩架飛機在幾秒後解體並撞擊地面，爆炸並起火[5]。

涉事飛機[編輯]

涉事的B-17是一架由道格拉斯生產的B-17G-95-DL，名為德克薩斯突襲者（Texas Raiders），於1945年服役，註冊編號為N7227C。這一架飛機是世界上少數僅存適航的B-17之一。[6][7]第二架涉事飛機為P-63F-1-BE，註冊編號為N6763，這架飛機也是由美國空軍遺產飛行博物館運營。這架飛機是目前僅有兩架P-63F的子型號之一，也是僅有的五架仍舊適航的P-63之一，並在機身上塗上「X」測試標記。[8][9][10]

B-17以及P-63共6名機組全部遇難[11]。在事故發生後的幾個小時內，代表美國航空公司飛行員的同盟飛行員協會（英語：Allied Pilots Association）在Twitter上證實，其兩名前成員特里·巴克 （Terry Barker） 和萊恩·魯特 （Len Root） 是B-17機組人員，並在墜機事故中喪生[12]。據民航巡邏隊的指揮官彼得·鮑登（Peter. Bowden）稱，來自俄亥俄州希利亞德的民航巡邏隊成員柯蒂斯·羅（Curtis J. Rowe）也是遇難者之一[13]。

特里·巴克（Terry Barker）曾在美國航空任職36年，也是前陸軍直升機飛行員，以及德克薩斯州凱勒市的前市議會議員[14][15][16]。P-63的飛行員的克雷格·休坦（Craig Hutain）在17歲時開始單飛，曾是聯合航空和落基山航空的商業飛行員。休坦從小就開始與他的父親一起飛行，他的父親是一名二戰老兵，曾出演電影《虎！虎！虎！》的飛行員[16]。死者中最年輕的凱文·「K5」·米歇爾斯是紀念空軍組織的活躍成員，並擔任該組織的歷史學家、媒體代表和巡迴主管[16]。萊恩·魯特是一位退休商業飛行員，曾為美國航空公司飛行了將近40年[16][15]。丹·拉根（Dan Ragan）是一名朝鮮戰爭退伍軍人，並在1950年代擔任B-17的無線電操作員，且負責設計得克薩斯突襲者。拉根生前住在達拉斯，是土生土長的俄克拉何馬州塔爾薩人[17][18]。柯蒂斯·羅來自俄亥俄州希利亞德，在民航巡邏飛行超過30年[19][16]。

事故調查[編輯]

事故發生當天，美國聯邦航空管理局以及國家運輸安全委員會（運安會）宣布將負責此次事故的調查[20]。

11月14日，美國國家運輸安全委員會宣布，P-63的殘骸已轉移到「安全地點」，而B-17殘骸的回收工作因降雨而推遲。運安會確認兩架飛機都沒有配備飛行數據記錄器，但P-63的GPS導航儀和B-17的電子飛行儀表均已回收並送至華盛頓特區的運安會實驗室，處理數據以及分析相關信息。[21]

NTSB於11月30日發布初步調查報告。該報告指出，缺乏在航前簡報時對飛行高度的信息。[22]也就是說，兩架飛機被允許在同一高度運行。報告還指出，P-63的GPS導航儀在飛行中沒有記錄任何信息。[22]

紀念空軍[編輯]

主辦方紀念空軍（英語：Commemorative_Air_Force）主席漢克·寇特斯（Hank Coates）表示，在航展期間發生這種空中相撞事件「極為罕見」，而陸軍航空兵歷史協會的一名會員保羅·馬丁（Paul Martin）則指出，此次涉事的任一機種能處於飛行狀態均是十分罕見的，並表示「無論是在人類層面還是在歷史層面，聽到這個消息令我心碎。」[25]
