核苷三磷酸還原酶（Ribonucleoside-triphosphate reductase）（EC 1.17.4.2ribonucleotide reductase, 2'-deoxyribonucleoside-triphosphate:oxidized-thioredoxin 2'-oxidoreductase），系統名「2-2'-脫氧核糖核苷三磷酸：硫氧還蛋白二硫鍵-2'-氧化還原酶」（2'-deoxyribonucleoside-triphosphate:thioredoxin-disulfide 2'-oxidoreductase）^[1]^[2]^[3]，係一種能催化以下化學反應的酶：

2'-脫氧核糖核苷三磷酸+硫氧化還原蛋白二硫鍵+H₂O $\rightleftharpoons$ 核糖核苷三磷酸+硫氧化還原蛋白

核苷三磷酸還原酶的作用需要cobamide輔酶，同時還要消耗ATP。
