檳州華人大會堂（馬來語：Dewan Perhimpunan Cina Pulau Pinang；英語：Penang Chinese Town Hall）成立於1881年，原稱平章會館。[2][3][4][5][6] 鄭景貴是最大的個人捐贈者（600元）[7]，也是首任會長（1881-1883）[8][9][10]
1905年6月，檳城的華商聚集在檳州華人大會堂，加入新加坡和中國抵制美國貨的運動，向美國政府施加壓力，提高華人移民配額[11][12]。
1906年9月9日，梁樂卿（Leong Lok Hing）當選會長，鬍子春（Foo Choo Choon）, 謝夢池（Cheah Meng Chi）, 鄭大平（Chung Thye Phin）和林克全（Lim Kek Chuan）當選會長[2][13]。
