球狀小體（英文：Bulbous corpuscle），又稱魯菲尼氏小體（Ruffini corpuscle）、魯菲尼氏神經末梢（Ruffini nerve ending），是一種緩慢調節的力學感受器，存在於介於皮下組織與真皮乳頭之間的皮膚組織中^[1]^[2]^[3]。魯菲尼式小體以意大利科學家安吉洛·魯菲尼的名字命名。

魯菲尼式小體對持續壓力起反應，調節過程較為緩慢^[3]。對於皮膚拉伸較為敏感，且對於控制手指的位置和運動發揮一定作用^[1]^[3]^[4]。它們最集中分佈於指甲附近，可感知物體在皮膚表面的滑動^[4]。
