- 短尾鼩（學名：Anourosorex squamipes），Milne-Edwards於1870年命名。分佈於中國大陸陝西、貴州、雲南、甘肅、四川、湖北等地，以及緬甸西北部，泰國北部，和越南北部。該物種的模式產地在四川寶興。[2]
- 阿薩姆短尾鼩（學名：Anourosorex assamensis）。分佈於印度東北部。
- 大短尾鼩（學名：Anourosorex schmidi）。分佈於不丹等地。
- 台灣短尾鼩（學名：Anourosorex yamashinai），Kuroda於1935年命名。分佈於台灣。該物種的模式產地在台灣北部。[3]
