約翰·威廉·加德納（英文：John William Gardner，1912年12月8日—2002年2月16日），美國林登·約翰遜總統時期的健康教育與福利部長。他也是卡內基公司的總裁，以及兩個重要的全國性組織共同事業組織（Common Cause）和獨立機構（Independent Sector）的創建者。其著作旨在提高美國社會及其他主體的領導力。其也是兩個重要基金會項目的創建者：白宮研究基金和約翰·加德納基金。1964年，他榮獲總統自由勳章（Presidential Medal of Freedom）。
加德納擔任健康教育與福利部長的時候，正逢約翰遜總統的大社會（Great Society）運行的高峰期。在此任期時，健康教育與福利部處理醫療改革的效果，也觀察中小學教育法案（Elementary and Secondary Education Act）的運行效果。加德納同時也主持了公共廣播公司（Corporation for Public Broadcasting）的創建工作。1970年，加德納創建共同事業組織，其為美國的第一個非盈利、公共利益集團。他也創建了經驗學生聯合會（Experience Corps）[1]。
