菲力貓（英語：Felix the Cat）是默片時代的一個卡通角色，片中它是一隻擬人化的黑貓，遭遇了種種超現實的境況。菲力貓是電影史上最為人熟知的卡通角色之一，它是首個在電影市場獲得票房上的成功的動畫角色。[1][2]
菲力貓的創作者至今存在爭議，目前可以確定的是菲力貓是帕特·蘇利文工作室創作的，澳大利亞影片製作人帕特·蘇利文一生都認為他是這個角色的創作者，而他的首席美國動畫師奧托·馬斯末則認為自己才是菲力貓的創作者。[3]1923年，菲力貓的首個連環畫被創作出來[4]，菲力貓的卡通片在1920年代取得了成功，帶有其形象的相關產品也迅速在市場上出現。
1920年代末期有聲動畫出現後，帕特·蘇利文和奧托·馬斯末拒絕將菲力貓拍成有聲片。此時迪士尼的米老鼠等角色逐漸流行起來，菲力貓漸漸衰落。1929年帕特·蘇利文最終決定將菲力貓製成有聲片，但有聲短片並未獲得成功，並在1932年以失敗告終，帕特·蘇利文也在1933年逝世。1936年凡·布勞恩工作室曾多次嘗試復興菲力貓影片。
1953年，菲力貓的首個電視卡通在美國播放。喬·奧瑞洛將菲力貓的形象做了些變更，將它的腿變長並添加了新的角色。2010年代為止已拍攝了有關菲力貓的兩部影片和多部電視節目，其商品亦仍在市場上銷售。
2002年《電視指南》將菲力貓評為「50個最偉大的動畫角色」的第28名。[5]
