HD 130322是一顆位於室女座的視星等8等恆星，屬於光度和表面溫度都低於太陽的橙矮星，光譜類型 K0V。該恆星位在天球赤道正下方不遠處，因此除了北極點以外地球各處都可觀測到。
行星系統[編輯]
該恆星相對於地球的自轉傾角是76+14
−42°[2]。現假設該行星相對於地球的軌道傾角也是這個值[3]，但是數顆已知的熱木星的軌道傾角和恆星自轉傾角是不同的[4]。
