喬瑟夫·「祖」·米高·曼堅尼路（英語：Joseph "Joe" Michael Manganiello，/ˌmæŋɡəˈnɛloʊ/ MANG-gə-NEL-oh， 意大利語發音：[maŋɡaˈnjɛllo]，1976年12月28日—）是一位美國男演員、監製、導演和作家。曼堅尼路曾於森·溫美的《蜘蛛俠》（2002年）和《蜘蛛俠3》（2007年）中飾演閃電·湯普森。而他也在電視劇《追愛總動員》（2006年至2012年）、《仁心仁術》（2007年）和《籃球兄弟》（2008年至2010年）中擔任常駐演員。2010年至2014年間，他在HBO電視劇《真愛如血》中所飾演的狼人艾西德·哈韋亞斯而為自己贏得廣大的知名度。其他知名作品如電影《好孕大作戰》（2012年）、《光豬舞壯士》（2012年）和《震撼殺戮》（2014年）。
2013年年末，他推出了自己第一本著作《Evolution》，由西蒙與舒斯特的Gallery Books出版和發行[1]。
早期生活[編輯]
祖·曼堅尼路出生於賓夕法尼亞州匹茲堡，母親蘇珊（Susan，克羅地亞娘家姓為Brachanow; Bračanov）是亞美尼亞和克羅地亞裔[2]，而父親查爾斯·約翰·曼堅尼路（Charles John Manganiello）則是來自西西里島的意大利人[2]。他住在賓夕法尼亞州的芒特黎巴嫩[3]。他有一個弟弟尼可拉斯（Nicholas）。曼堅尼路是位於芒特黎巴嫩的羅馬天主教小學——聖伯納德學校的學生[4]，後來就讀芒特黎巴嫩學院[5]。，他以優異的成績於1995年畢業，並於2011年獲得了學校的大校友獎，且他還是足球、籃球和排球隊的隊長[4]。曼堅尼路曾在學校電視錄影廠的音樂劇《奧克拉荷馬！》中飾演猶·弗萊，這使他和朋友對電影產生了興趣[6]。

曼堅尼路本身是匹茲堡鋼人和西老虎的粉絲[8]。曼堅尼路曾擔任金手指合唱團的一名隨隊幫手，且與主唱約翰·費爾德曼是朋友。
2014年7月，據報導，他開始與蘇菲亞·薇格拉交往[9]。交往六個月後，兩人於2014年的聖誕節作為訂婚日[10]。2015年11月21日，他們在佛羅里達州棕櫚灘結婚[11][12]。
