伊莉諾·奧斯壯（英語：Elinor "Lin" Ostrom，本名Elinor Claire Awan[2]，中文名歐玲，1933年8月7日—2012年6月12日[3]）是一位美國政治經濟學家。[4][5][6]
因她對經濟治理尤其是公共經濟治理方面的分析而與奧利華·威廉遜共同被授予2009年諾貝爾經濟學獎[7]，她也是第一位獲得此項榮譽的女性。她的研究主要圍繞新制度經濟學和政治經濟學的復甦。[8]

奧斯壯曾任美國印第安那大學布魯明頓分校政治學系阿瑟·本特利講座教授。她也是亞利桑那州立大學制度多樣性研究中心的創辦主任。她還是美國科學院院士和美國政治學會前主席。
奧斯壯1965年在加州大學洛杉磯分校獲得政治學博士學位。
去世[編輯]
2011年10月奧斯壯被診斷出患有胰腺癌。[9]2012年6月12日，奧斯壯因胰腺癌去世，享年78歲。[10][11]她去世後她的丈夫文森·奧斯特羅姆（Vincent Ostrom）也在同一個月去世。[12]
