羅傑·希爾斯曼（英語：Roger Hilsman Jr.，1919年11月23日—2014年2月23日），美國政治人物、作家。曾擔任美國總統約翰·甘迺迪的顧問、遠東事務助理國務卿，是越南戰爭中政策制定的關鍵人物。[1][2][3]
