莎拉·寶莉，OC（英語：Sarah E. Polley，1979年1月8日—）是一名加拿大女演員、電影導演和編劇。她的成名作是1990年加拿大劇集《清秀小佳人（英語：Road to Avonlea）》中飾演 Sara Stanley。主演電影主要有 Exotica, The Sweet Hereafter, Guinevere, Go, The Weight of Water, My Life Without Me, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Dawn of the Dead, Splice 和 Mr. Nobody。

她執導的首部電影是2006年以老年人為題材的《妳的樣子》，為她贏得加拿大基尼獎最佳導演獎，並提名奧斯卡最佳改編劇本獎。第二部導演作品 Take This Waltz 於2011年的多倫多影展上首映^[1]。2012年家庭題材紀錄片《莎拉·波莉家庭詩篇》是她導演的首部紀錄片，先後於第69屆威尼斯影展和多倫多影展上亮相^[2]，並被多倫多影評人協會選為年度最佳加拿大電影，以及得到10萬美元的獎勵^[3]。

2022年編導的《沒有聲音的女人們》獲得奧斯卡最佳影片提名，贏得奧斯卡最佳改編劇本獎。
