薑薄荷（學名：Mentha × gracilis），又名蘇格蘭薄荷（Scotchmint）[1]，為薄荷屬下的一個雜交品種。它由野薄荷和綠薄荷雜交而成，是歐洲和美國種植的一類萃取精油的品種[2]。
其種加詞來源於拉丁文「gracilis」，意為「纖細的」。
