1999年國聯冠軍賽是由東區冠軍亞特蘭大勇士對上外卡紐約大都會。前者在分區賽中以3勝1負擊敗中區冠軍休士頓太空人；後者則是以3勝1負擊敗西區冠軍亞利桑那響尾蛇。勇士以4勝2負贏得國聯冠軍賽，晉級世界大賽。
