大贼鸥（学名：Stercorarius skua）是贼鸥科贼鸥属的一种候鸟，分布于大西洋北至中部沿岸地区。成鸟数量约有32,600-34,500只[2]。
分布与迁徙[编辑]
繁殖于挪威至斯瓦尔巴群岛、法罗群岛到丹麦、冰岛、苏格兰和其周边群岛。通常在法国和伊比利亚半岛的大西洋海岸越冬，年青的更可以飞到佛得角、巴西海岸和加勒比地区，小数在加拿大纽芬兰大浅滩越冬[3]。
形态[编辑]
喙前端钩曲。头、颈及胸部以下皆为暗灰褐色，背暗褐色。初级飞羽基本白色，中央尾羽略长而尖。
习性[编辑]
大部分时间是在开阔的海面上飞翔。生活习性独特，主要靠掠夺其他海鸟的食物作为食物，因而得名。繁殖期始于5月，选址于岛上有植被覆盖的平地，远离于人类。大部分雌鸟会在距离其出生地1公里内地区繁殖[3]。
