天主教梅赫伦-布鲁塞尔总教区（拉丁语：Archidioecesis Mechliniensis-Bruxellensis、荷兰语：Mechelen-Brussel、法语：Malines-Bruxelles）是罗马天主教在比利时的一个教省总教区。下辖七个教区。
总教区范围包括布拉班特省，教座位于梅赫伦。2011年，有1,637,000名教友，估辖区总人口64%，有659个堂区、1,839名司铎、92名终身执事、1,485名修士、2,035名修女。现任总主教为若瑟·德其素枢机，并依职权为比利时主教团当然(ex officio)主席。[1]
梅赫伦教区成立于1559年5月12日，1801年升为总教区。1961年12月8日易名至今。[2]
